  • 线束线路故障的判断

1、线束烧毁。线束烧毁事故一般发生得比较突然,而且线束燃烧起来之后燃烧的速度也比较快,在这些烧毁的线缆中,通常没有设置保险装置。在电源系统的线缆中,一旦发生烧毁故障,通常会烧到搭铁部位为止,所以搭铁部位即区分线缆损坏和完整的交点。如果线束烧毁一直烧到电器件的接线部位,则证明此电器件已发生故障。

 

2、线束线缆之间发生短路、断路和接触不良。线束线缆受到外部碰撞、挤压容易导致其绝缘保护层的破损,引起线缆短路故障,使对应的电器件失去控制或者保险丝熔断等问题。对此进行判断时,可以将线束两端的连接电器件或开关的端子或插接器拆掉,用万用表等专用仪器检测线缆的故障之处。

 

对于线缆的断路故障,除了从外观能直接判断的断裂现象外,还经常发生于端子与线缆的接线处,且不容易从外观上进行判断。对疑似断路的线缆,可以通过拉力试验判断,如导线绝缘层逐渐变细时,可确认该导线已断路,或者采用万用表等专用仪器进行检测。

In these burned cables, there is usually no safety device. In the cable of power system, once burning failure occurs, it usually burns to the iron-laying part, so the iron-laying part distinguishes the damaged cable from the complete intersection point. If the wiring harness burns down until it reaches the wiring part of the electrical device, it proves that the electrical device has malfunctioned.
 
2. Short circuit, open circuit and bad contact occur between harness and cable. External collision and extrusion of wire harness and cable can easily lead to damage of insulation protection layer, short circuit fault of cable, loss of control of corresponding electrical components or fuse fuse. When judging this, the terminals or connectors connecting the electrical devices or switches at both ends of the harness can be removed, and the faults of the cables can be detected by special instruments such as multimeters.
 
For the cable breaking fault, in addition to the appearance can directly judge the breaking phenomenon, but also often occurs at the terminal and cable junction, and it is not easy to judge from the appearance. For suspected disconnected cables, it can be judged by tension test, such as when the insulating layer of the conductor becomes thinner, it can be confirmed that the conductor has been disconnected, or it can be detected by special instruments such as multimeter.
