 为了保证线束加工厂加工的线束质量问题,要求在线束质量检测里面注意以下的几个环节:
 
1、裁线:检查电线的尺寸是不是符合相关的要求,型号正不正确。切口一定要整齐,不能划伤电线,并且电线不能有脏污的情况发生。
 
2、编组处理:检查修剪是不是整齐,尺寸对不对,在修剪编组的时候不能划到芯线。
 
3、剥外皮:检查剥皮口是不是整齐,剥皮的尺寸对不对,不能剥伤编组丝以及芯线。
 
4、剥内皮:检查剥皮口是不是整齐,剥皮的尺寸对不对,有没有将芯线剥伤,有没有剥断铜丝;在半剥的时候绝缘体一定不能脱落。
 
5、套收缩管:仔细检查收缩管的型号以及尺寸是不是正确。
 
6、预备焊锡:检查锡炉的温度对不对;在预备焊锡之前要把芯线和铜丝整理好,检查有没有弯曲、分叉和打折的情况。
 
7、焊锡:检查电烙铁的温度正不正确;不能把绝缘皮烫伤,锡点要光滑,没有锡尖,不能虚焊和假焊。
 
8、端子压着:检查端子和电线的规格是不是正确;端子压着有没有倾斜、有没有喇嘛口的情况。
 
9、端子插入:检查端子和连接器的型号是不是正确;端子有没有变形以及损伤等情况;检查端子有没有错插、漏插或者是插入不到位的情况。
 
10、组装外壳:检查外壳有没有划伤、装错或者是毛边等情况,有没有漏装部件,螺丝有没有氧化、松动、拧毛以及变色等情况。如果外壳是有方向的,那么就一定要根据要求来进行组装。

5, sleeve shrink tube: carefully check the shrink tube model and size is correct.
Preparation of solder: check whether the temperature of the tin furnace is correct; Before preparing the solder, arrange the core and copper wires to check for bending, bifurcation and discount.
7, solder: check the temperature of the electric iron is not correct; Can not burn insulation skin, tin point to be smooth, no tin tip, can not fake welding and fake welding.
8, terminal pressure: check whether the terminal and wire specifications are correct; The end pressure has no tilt, there is no Lama mouth situation.
9, terminal insertion: Check whether the terminal and connector models are correct; There are no deformation and damage of terminal; Check to see if the terminal is malbuted, missed, or uninserted.
10, assembly shell: check that the shell has no scratch, Misfit or Burr, etc.. There are no leakage parts, screws have oxidation, loosening, twisting hair and discoloration. If the shell is directional, then it must be assembled according to the requirements.
